3 L of H2O

Alas, I have an update on my weight loss journey...while I have not weighed in {doing that on Monday} I have added somethings to my road to weight loss and I am excited to write about it.

Yesterday I started my water drinking. I drank 3 Litres of water. I was hitting the bathroom every 6 minutes or so...but my skin feels so hydrated which,  considering Aunt Flo is coming to town in the next week or so, it will help with the breakouts on my face.

Also, my friend Becky and I went on an hour long walk last night and we are going to be doing that 3 times a week. So I am also aiding my weight loss with other things to help keep me on the right path. Only thing is, I am exhausted. But it feels amazing!
